Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

4oz Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon, skin removed, liquid reserved

8oz of Cream Cheese, allow to come to room temperature for 10-20 minutes to soften

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Diced Red Onion

2 tbsp Chopped Dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)

Hot Sauce (optional)

Crackers, bread, or cut vegetables

 

Preparation:

Mix together smoked salmon, cream cheese, red onion, dill, and lemon juice.  Taste mixture.  If you want more salmon flavor, add some of the liquid from the pouch and mix again.  If you want heat, add hot sauce and mix again.  Chill and serve with crackers, bread, or cut vegetables.  Goes great on toasted bagels as a schmear.
