Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces of flaked Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Pre-Cooked Pizza Crust, or Naan, or Flatbread (you can make your own if you want)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1-2 Roma tomatoes, diced

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees F (200 Degrees C)
  2. Spread olive oil over pizza crust or flatbread
  3. Spread minced garlic over pizza crust or flatbread
  4. Spread flaked Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon and diced tomatoes
  5. Cover with shredded cheese
  6. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 12-15 minutes
