Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of flaked Smoked Salmon
- 1 Pre-Cooked Pizza Crust, or Naan, or Flatbread (you can make your own if you want)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-2 Roma tomatoes, diced
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees F (200 Degrees C)
- Spread olive oil over pizza crust or flatbread
- Spread minced garlic over pizza crust or flatbread
- Spread flaked Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon and diced tomatoes
- Cover with shredded cheese
- Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 12-15 minutes
