Smoked Salmon Charcuterie Board
Ingredients:
- 8 Ounces of Alaska Smokehouse Sockeye Smoked Salmon
- 3 Ounces of Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon Jerky
- 3.25oz of Alaska Smokehouse Pepper Garlic Salmon Spread
- 3.25oz of Alaska Smokehouse Dill Salmon Spread
- 8oz of Fresh, Cooked and Peeled Shrimp
- Cocktail Sauce
- Crackers
- Olives
- Capers
- Pickles or Cornichons
- Red Onion
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Fresh Dill
- Lettuce
- Cutting board or tray
- Small ramekins for spreads, cocktail sauce, and capers
- Open package of Smoked Salmon, reserving the fillet's natural juices that are inside the pouch
- Place a piece of lettuce in the middle of the tray an arrange smoked salmon fillet on lettuce
- Pour some of the juices back over the fillet
- Open both tins of Salmon Spread and spoon them into ramekins, stirring as you go
- Open package of Smoked Salmon Jerky and arrange in the middle of the board
- Place another leaf of lettuce down and arrange shrimp and cocktail sauce
- Arrange crackers, fruit, and veggies in the remaining areas of the board
- Garnish with fresh dill
