Ingredients:

Procedure:
  1. Open package of Smoked Salmon, reserving the fillet's natural juices that are inside the pouch
  2. Place a piece of lettuce in the middle of the tray an arrange smoked salmon fillet on lettuce
  3. Pour some of the juices back over the fillet
  4. Open both tins of Salmon Spread and spoon them into ramekins, stirring as you go
  5. Open package of Smoked Salmon Jerky and arrange in the middle of the board
  6. Place another leaf of lettuce down and arrange shrimp and cocktail sauce
  7. Arrange crackers, fruit, and veggies in the remaining areas of the board
  8. Garnish with fresh dill
