Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Wraps

Ingredients:
8oz Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon, skin removed and flaked, divided into 4 portions
(4) 8" flour tortillas
8 teaspoons cream cheese
5oz red onion, sliced into thin rings
2 teaspoons fresh basil, diced
Fresh lettuce, arugula, or baby spinach
1 cucumber, sliced into thin spears
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, roughly diced
Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
Procedure:
Mix together cream cheese, basil, and pepper.
Warm flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds between 2 lightly damp paper towels to make them flexible.
Spread 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture on the tortilla.
Layer 1/4 of the smoked salmon on the tortilla
Add cucumber, tomato, and avocado slices
Top with fresh lettuce, arugula, or baby spinach.
Top greens with sliced red onion.
Roll the wrap and repeat with remaining tortillas.
Makes 4 wraps
Substitutions:
You can substitute any seasoning you want for the black pepper, including adding everything bagel seasoning, hot sauce, or chili crisp.
These can be sliced into pinwheels and served for parties. Use a toothpick to keep each pinwheel together while slicing.
