Smoked Salmon Yakisoba

Smoked Salmon Yakisoba

Ingredients:

16oz Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon, drained, skin removed, and flaked

1/2 cup thinly sliced onion

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

1/2 cup sliced cabbage

2 packets of yakisoba noodles (5-7oz)

2/3 cup teriyaki sauce (store bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons sliced green onions

2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Procedure:

In a large wok or frying pan, heat over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.

Once oil is hot, add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage, then stir fry until almost tender, about 2 minutes.

Add in the noodles, then toss all the ingredients together and cook until the noodles begin to get crispy, about 3-5 minutes.

Add in the smoked salmon and teriyaki sauce, then toss together and simmer for 30 seconds.

To serve, portion onto plates and bowls, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve immediately.
