Smoked Salmon & Surimi Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
4oz Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon, drained, skin removed, and flaked
4oz Surimi
1 package (8oz), cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cream horseradish or 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 14oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Crackers or fresh cut veggies
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 450F.
Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon pepper, and parmesan cheese.
Stir in artichokes, smoked salmon, and Surimi.
Spoon the mixture into a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the top is browned.
Serve hot with crackers and vegetables.
