Smoked Salmon Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

16oz Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Pink Salmon, drained, skin removed, and flaked

6oz plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons diced chives

1/4 cup thinly sliced celery

1/4 cup thinly sliced radish

1/4 cup diced red onion

black pepper to taste

Procedure:

Add salmon, yogurt, lemon juice, black pepper, and diced red onion to a bowl and mix until combined.  You can speed this process up using a food processor.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

When ready to serve, top with diced chives, sliced celery, and sliced radish.

Serve with vegetables or with crackers/bread.

Options:

Feel free to use additional herbs to flavor this spread!  Dill or herbs de Provence make great additions.
